I just want to take a moment to recognize Angel And Lalson for being so helpful, respectful, professional, and truly awesome to work with! Recently, I bought a 2025 Spartan 392 Hemi from soflo. The engine light came on due to an alternator problem/other related issues. I started panicking at first but angel told me “No need to worry because i am going to make sure you are talking care and get everything fix for you”. I live a lot closer to the Tampa location, so Angel reached out to Zack (the manager at the Tampa location) in order to get my car situation resolved. I have to say that Angel made the entire experience so much smoother and was always willing to answer questions and make sure everything was taken care of as he stated. You can really tell when someone absolutely passionate about helping their customers. The experience has been nothing but positive, and having someone like Angel(from the pompano location) and Zack (from the Tampa location) makes such a big difference. I’ve never had a worse rental in my life. Claimed I damaged the car, when I kept the car in perfect condition. Then uploaded fraudulent photos (3 days later) especially after how nice they were. I got the car detailed & car washed. Great service until I dropped the car off. This company will be getting sued. Truro rentals obviously agreed with me. They have 6-7 days to return my money. do not book with them. I don’t want to share it in my social media accounts because they will get attacked. Thankful for truo for understanding they just wanted money as I’ve had a lot of “bulda cars” customers have had the same experience. They tried to get one over with me after I gave the over a thousand dollar's. Do not hate on this company I hope they learned their lesson. They staged pads/foam cups in the car but I just got it detailed. I’m an honest person & only had a little over 3:4 a tank when I dropped off the car. I was just about to post what a great experience using bulda cars. Unfortunately they are lying about everything. I’ve never been so disappointed. If they don’t refund me the money I paid we will be going to court. I even wanted to leave them a good tip. Please do not use this

I had a great experience purchasing my car from SoFlo Customs. Ted was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process feel easy from start to finish. There was never any pressure, and he took the time to answer all of my questions, making me feel comfortable throughout the process. The whole experience was calm, efficient, and much more relaxed than any dealership I’ve visited before. Everything was very clear and straightforward.
